Although the events below are sorted according to our four church locations, all are welcome, whether or not you have ever set foot in a Vintage Church building. You belong here.

June 2021

New Members Class

June 25th 6:00-8:00p
June 26th 9:00 - 11:00a
1880's Room
We will gather for a couple of hours on the evening of June 25th and the morning of June 26th to look at the doctrine, theology and DNA of Vintage Church. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in learning more about Vintage or hoping to become a member. Both dinner and breakfast will be provided during these classes. Sabbath & Work-Rest Rhythms Class

Sunday, June 27th
1880's Room 

You are invited to join as we look at the topic of Sabbath, what exactly the Sabbath is, and how Christians are called to honor the Lord with their work and rest. Families Director, Kayla Pleasants, will lead us through her personal experience practicing the Sabbath with her family. Application and table discussion will leave us with some simple next steps for growth in relating to our work and rest. This class will be held in the 1880's Room at 7p on June 27th. No RSVP required! 

Foster and Adoptive Parents Night Out

Saturday, June 26th, 4-7p
Vintage Downtown
Drop your kids off and enjoy a few hours out on the town! Vintage Church would love to provide a night out that will include free childcare, dinner for the kids and a gift card for the parents to enjoy. If you are currently fostering a child or have adopted, we would love to support and encourage you in this journey. To RSVP or support this ministry in any way you can email Lauren Clark.

Blood Drive with Blood Connection

Person St. Parking Lot

Blood Connection is in urgent need of blood donors and we can help! From 9:00a-2:00p on July 10th, you can stop by and give blood outside of the Person St. entrance of Vintage Church Downtown. For each person who donates, we will also be able to contribute $20 towards our Benevolence Fund, which helps us better love those in need throughout the city. Baptism Sunday

Sunday, July 18th 
Downtown Sanctuary 
Baptism is a public profession of one's faith in Jesus. A  visible symbol of God's saving work in an individual's life. Baptism Sunday will be held July 18th at all three worship gatherings. If you wish to express this outward sign of an inward reality or have any further questions, please email Eric Spivey. For those interested in talking about their child being baptized, you can email Kayla Pleasants. 

Vacation Bible School 2021

July 19-23 9:30a to Noon
Vintage Church Downtown

Join Vintage Church Downtown for VBS 2021, Destination Dig! Through daily bible lessons, crafts, music, activities, and more. We will experience Jesus, our strong foundation. Ages Pre-K to Fifth Grade are invited the week on July 19th to come together each day from 9:30a to noon as we engage, teach and care for our Vintage Kids. To register simply register here. Wednesday Morning Prayer

We were created by a faithful, loving God who invites us to pray and assures us he’s listening. When we consider who God is and what he has done, why wouldn’t we go to him with all our lives? All are welcome to join us as we pray for the church and our city on Wednesday mornings on the patio of Sola Coffee. If it is raining please join over zoom here.

Vintage North Summer Camp

July 16th & 17th, 9a-12p
Trinity Academy
Kids, ages K-5, are invited to attend two incredible days! It will be filled with worship, activities, crafts and much more. Kids will even have a small group and mentor as they rotate through stations throughout the camp experience. You can register your child here!  We can't wait to see you! Events coming up at Durham

Sunday Gathering

In-person Sunday gatherings and are now gathering in-person with limited capacity as well as continuing to live-stream on Facebook for those who wish to worship from home. This gathering will take place at 10a at the Vintage Church Durham location (1305 W Club Blvd., Durham, NC, 27705). A limited capacity will be in place on the in-person gathering, along with other safety protocols that will include the wearing of masks, temperature checks, and social distancing. Sunday Morning Prayer

Durham is holding prayer gatherings outside the church (1305 W Club Blvd., Durham, NC, 27705) on Sunday afternoons at 9a to pray for the church and the city.

Join us for lunch as we discuss with the leaders of the church more about who we are and why we do what we do. We will discuss our DNA, what we believe, our history, and what it means to be a member of Vintage Church. This will be held in the Fellowship Hall following the Sunday gathering on June 27th. Celebration Sunday

Apex Community Park

We hope you'll mark your calendars and make plans to join us for Vintage West Celebration Sunday! On Sunday, June 27th immediately following the service, we will gather at Apex Community Park as we properly celebrate our 1 year anniversary (that we never celebrated). We will come together and praise God for his provision in this season. A full BBQ lunch & dessert will be provided and we'll have games & activities for all ages. We hope you will invite your family & friends and join us!

Women's Monthly Gathering

You are invited to join virtually on the second Tuesday of every month for a Vintage West Women's Gathering. It will take place each month over Zoom from 7:30-8:30p. This will be an opportunity to connect with other women, study God's word, and join together in prayer. Our hope is this would provide an encouraging opportunity to grow together as daughters of Christ. Please contact Amy Kish to learn more.
