Although the events below are sorted according to our four church locations, all are welcome, whether or not you have ever set foot in a Vintage Church building. You belong here.

Women's Fall Bible Study: Book of John

Fridays from October 1 to December 10
10 - 11:15a at Vintage Downtown

Our journey through Genesis 1-3 at the Women's Fall Gathering beckons us to dwell in the book of John as we return to the beginning. In this study, we seek to find answers to who Jesus is, how we got here, and what hope we have for today and eternity. Our study is made deeper and sweeter when we seek these answers together, so please join us for study and connection this fall! All women are invited to join as we meet every Friday morning at Vintage Downtown. As one church, we will gather at Union Station to respond to what the Lord has been revealing in us, both as individuals and as a church. This special night will be a long-anticipated evening filled with worship, prayer, and celebration as we rejoice in how the Lord is calling us to leverage all we have for Him. Anyone who is ready to lead out is invited to attend; the people rejoiced to see their leaders give so gladly. Childcare will be provided in the classrooms of Vintage Downtown. Dessert will be provided following the gathering for those who are able to continue the celebration. Please RSVP for this special evening here.

Vintage Students are passionate about our mission, our students, and our amazing God! We believe that Jesus revolutionized the world through something we often take for granted: the power of students. We’ve created an environment where every student involved is known, cared for, and loved. Join us in the 1880 room @ 6:15p. Griefshare

Sundays from September 12 to December 12, 7 - 8:30p 
Downstairs K-2 Room
Griefshare is a grief recovery support group where you can find help and healing for the hurt of losing a loved one. Visit or join at any time and attend as many meetings as you like. For more information, you can email Mary Petterson

Equip Class

Trinity Academy

Come check out the latest Equip Class beginning Sunday, September 26th. For five consecutive weeks, all are invited to gather on Sunday mornings at 9a as we enjoy breakfast and conversation together. This will be a space where we explore how one can honor Christ in their community, with the specific intentions of fostering unity, deepening faith, and serving as a witness to non-believers. Childcare will be provided for this class and we would ask that you please RSVP here.

Wednesday Morning Prayer

Every Wednesday Morning, 7a
Sola Coffee Patio - Lead Mine Rd.

We were created by a faithful, loving God who invites us to pray and assures us he’s listening. When we consider who God is and what he has done, why wouldn’t we go to him with all our lives? All are welcome to join us as we pray for the church and our city on Wednesday mornings on the patio of Sola Coffee. If it is raining please join over zoom here.

Sunday Gathering

In-person Sunday gatherings are held at 10a at Trinity Academy (10224 Baileywick Rd.) in the gym. Recommended safety protocol will be followed. If you have any questions please email Jared Trumbo.

Sunday Gathering

Join us on Sunday mornings as we continue to worship together! We will gather outside for coffee before the service each week as we enjoy time in community with one another. For those who have been vaccinated, the wearing of masks will now be optional during the Sunday gathering. Lastly, if you are unable to attend in person, you are encouraged to stream the worship service on Facebook at home or with community. 

Sunday Morning Prayer

Durham is holding prayer gatherings outside the church (1305 W Club Blvd., Durham, NC, 27705) on Sunday mornings at 9a to pray for the church and the city.

Connection Event

Wednesday, October 20 from 4p-6p
Ponysauraus, 219 Hood St. Durham
Are you looking to get more connected at Vintage Durham or know someone who might be? Come to Ponysauraus Brewing Company for a drink and to hang out. This will be a great opportunity to get more information on Vintage, meet the Durham staff or simply connect with new people in the area. For more information email Phil Lauria.

Vintage Kids

Vintage Kids will be offered every first and third Sunday of the month. Kids will begin the service with their family and following the music, any children (infants-5th grade) who wish to do so, can join Vintage Kids. We hope to continue to build up our volunteer team for Sunday gatherings so that we can offer Vintage Kids and more every Sunday. Since the gospel is God’s word of promise, we as parents claim these promises for our children. This is an opportunity in the presence of the Vintage Church Community for parents to ask God for His blessing on their children and for help in raising them to love and serve the Lord and others. Serve & Worship Day

Saturday, November 13, 3-7p
Apex Community Park
Join for an afternoon at Apex Community Park to serve, fellowship, and worship together! While we have moved Sunday worship service indoors, we desire to continue to intentionally love and serve Apex Community Park. We will begin our time by cleaning the nature trail, followed by worship and a meal together at the large shelter! Please fill out this RSVP form if you plan to come. Recurring Events – West

Sunday Lunches

Stick around after service and join us for a picnic on the second Sunday of each month, beginning August 8th. Our hope is that these monthly lunches will be an opportunity to connect with one another and meet new faces! This is also a great opportunity to invite friends and neighbors to join!  Bring your own lunch, lawn chairs, picnic blankets and lawn games to share. Contact Elisha Kaufmann with any questions.

Men’s Monthly Gathering

Apex Community Park
It is a joy and celebration when we are able to fellowship together as a group of men. On the fourth Tuesday of every month, all men are invited to come out to Apex Community Park for a time of scripture, prayer and encouragement. Friends and neighbors of those at Vintage West are always welcomed! For more information, please email David Mobley.

 

Women’s Monthly Gathering

You are invited to join virtually on the second Tuesday of every month for a Vintage West Women’s Gathering. It will take place each month over Zoom from 7:30-8:30p. This will be an opportunity to connect with other women, study God’s word, and join together in prayer. Our hope is this would provide an encouraging opportunity to grow together as daughters of Christ. Please contact Amy Kish to learn more.
