FEATURED EVENTS – WEST

June and. July 2023

VBS Registration is Open

July 17-22
Vintage Downtown
Vacation Bible School Registration is Open! From July 17 - 21 all pre-k through 5th graders are invited to participate in another incredible week filled with daily bible lessons, crafts, music, activities, and more. Click the link here to register your child/children! For a child to participate in VBS it costs Vintage roughly $25 per child. This amount allows us to purchase snacks, crafts, games, decor, and most importantly curriculum for the week. You will see in the registration form the option to consider helping offset these costs through an optional donation up to $25. Your contribution will help assure that we can continue to allow as many kids as possible to have an incredible week of VBS.

Baby Dedications

June 4, 10a
Vintage West
Baby dedications are an opportunity for parents to present their child before God and the church, committing to seek after his grace and wisdom. It’s also a time for you, as parents, to commit to model what following Jesus looks like to know the importance of committing to a community of faith through the local church. If interested, please email Amber Tingle for more information.

Member's Night Online

Tuesday, June 6, 8p
Online Link Here
For anyone who calls Vintage Church West home, we ask that you would join online for this quarterly Members Night. These gatherings are an important time to come together and share key updates, future vision, and any changes taking place within the church. While we know it is not easy to add anything additional to your calendar, we do appreciate your effort to have at least one family member attend virtually. Please email Local Pastor, David Mobley, with any questions regarding this event. Join the call using this Google Meet link.

New Member Class

Sunday, June 11, 8:30a
Vintage West / Apex Community Park
As a church, we desire to know, live, and advance the gospel in Cary, Apex and beyond. If you would like to learn more about how Vintage Church plans to do that, along with what we believe, please consider joining this class. Attending this class does not commit you to becoming a member, although it is a great way to learn more about the church, meet some of our leaders and ask any questions you may have. This specific class will not offer childcare as we will meet at Apex Community Park. However, a light breakfast will still be provided for this class. If you have additional questions please email Robert Reichel.

Sunday at the Shelter

Sunday, June 11, 10a
Apex Community Park
From September 2020 through June 2021 Vintage West met at the Large Shelter at Apex Community Park for our worship gatherings - an experience that forged our new church plant into who we are today. To keep the shelter part of our church's DNA we'll be worshipping back at the shelter this June as well as sharing a potluck meal. We hope you'll mark this date on your calendar as we look back and praise God for his provision at West. As part of this special gathering, we will be celebrating baptisms. If you would like to learn more about what it means to be baptized, please reach out to David Mobley.

Recurring Events – West

Weekly Morning Prayer

Wednesdays, 6:30a
Zoom
We were created by a faithful, loving God who invites us to pray and assures us he’s listening. When we consider who God is and what he has done, why wouldn’t we go to him with all our lives? All are welcome to join us online as we pray for the church and our city on Wednesday mornings at 6:30a on Google Meet.

Men's Monthly Gathering

4th Tuesday of Every Month
7:30p

It is a joy and celebration when we are able to fellowship together as a group of men. On the fourth Tuesday of every month, all men are invited to come hang out for a time of scripture, prayer and encouragement. Friends and neighbors of those at Vintage West are always welcomed! For more information on time and location please email David Mobley. We look forward to our next gathering in the new year, on January 24th.

Sunday Lunches

Stick around after service and join us for a picnic on the second Sunday of each month. Our hope is that these monthly lunches will be an opportunity to connect with one another and meet new faces! This is also a great chance to invite friends and neighbors to join!  We will provide lunch and you can feel free to bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets and lawn games to share on the weeks we are outside. Colder weeks we will gather indoors. Contact Elisha Kaufmann with any questions.

Vintage Students Gathering

Every Other Sunday
10a at Vintage West
Vintage Students exists to partner with families to create an environment where every student may learn to know, live, and advance the gospel. Students are welcome with no prerequisite of church background or prior belief. It is a place where we encourage middle and high-schoolers to bring their faith and their doubt as they seek to make sense of who Jesus says he is. Please email Amber Tingle to learn more about Sunday gathering specifics.
