Next Step Sundays

May 3, After Every Service
Vintage Downtown | Info Room

If you’re looking to get plugged in at Vintage Downtown but aren’t sure where to start, Next Step Sundays are for you. On the first Sunday of each month, we create a simple space after every service where you can ask questions, learn about membership, meet someone who can help you join a community group, or explore ways to use your gifts to serve.

We hope this provides a very approachable and regular rhythm for helping you take your next step at Vintage Downtown. If you can't make it but have questions, don't hesitate to email Megan McCool.

Worship Night

Wednesday, May 6, 7p
Vintage Downtown | Sanctuary

Join us for a simple, unhurried night of worship as we gather to re-center our hearts on Jesus. Worship is more than just singing—it’s responding to who Jesus is. Throughout the evening, we’ll do that through song, prayer, scripture, and being together as a church.
This is a space to slow down, be present with the Lord, and be reminded of what is most true. Open to all! Childcare provided. Email Aly Gabriel with any questions or to help out.

New Sermon Series: Holy Spirit

Sunday, May 17, All Services
Vintage Downtown | Sanctuary

This series continues the story we began in Luke by moving into the book of Acts, where we see what it looks like to follow Jesus through life with the Holy Spirit. In Acts, we’re introduced to a new experience of God’s presence as the Spirit comes and begins to lead and form the early church. Through this narrative, we’ll explore how the Spirit empowers ordinary people for mission, sustains them through difficulty, and builds the church. We’ll see that life with the Holy Spirit is essential to faithfully following Jesus today.

Vintage Students

Meeting from 6:15-8p // Upstairs in the Oberlin Room
Vintage Students exists to partner with families to create an environment where every student is known, cared for, and loved. Students are welcome with no prerequisite of church background or prior belief. It is a place where we encourage middle and high-schoolers to bring their faith and their doubt as they seek to make sense of who Jesus says he is. We disciple students through large group teaching, small groups, intentional relationship building, and special events. For more information or to stay connected, please email Andrew Baker or follow us on Instagram @Vintagestudentsnc.
