Follow Me: Personal Discipleship Plan

Coming soon!

No meaningful change happens without a plan.

Throughout 2025, we will focus on two simple yet critical words that Jesus commanded: Follow Me. "Follow Me" is a call to learn from Jesus diligently and to adopt His ways. But what does that mean practically? Our staff and ministry leaders would love to help you explore this.

We invite you to grab a Personal Discipleship Plan, take notes, reflect, pray, and begin to map out what Jesus might be calling you to in 2025. We then encourage you to place your completed plan in one of the marked boxes in the sanctuary by January 26 so that we can support and encourage you in the year ahead.
